How does leadership and operations relate?
Since I decided to better understand how to successfully run a business, I've been confused with how "Leadership" and "Operations" relate. My intention in conversation is to make sure that I use words correctly.
At Aligned Operations, we define operations as "the coordination and execution of work". The best definition of leadership that I've found is "Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization". By definition, I believe that leadership is part of sound operations.
