How do you feel about the term “Strategic Planning”? I’ve recently consider changing the practice of “Strategic Planning” to something like “Change Management”
I feel that small business owners struggle with the label of “Strategic Planning” and our primary audience is small business owners. Below are a few terms being considered:
- Strategic Growth
- Growth Management
- Change Management
- Strategic Execution
- Strategic Evolution
